Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrives within 7 to 15 business days. Some parcels can take up to 20 business days (customs, peak season, remote areas).
Is shipping really free?
Yes, anywhere in Canada, with no minimum order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show up on the carrier’s site.
If I order several items, do they arrive together?
Not always. Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels, on different days. You get a tracking number for each one.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.
